Bryant Woods Office Park is part of the Audubon New Community and located just off of the I-990 Expressway.  Originally managed by New York State, the first building was constructed in 1999 with most of the parcels now sold to individual companies for development. 

The park-like setting is home to over 11 companies, such as Chaimpou, Better Business Bureau and First Source, employing over 800 people.
