Development of approximately 5+/- acres of a mixed use project consisting of 146 apartments and 27,470 Commercial space on the first floor.  No incentives for buildout or equipping the commercial space.The development will consist of 23% workforce housing, or 33 units spread across 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom.  The developer is also investing $450,000 in offsite recreational improvements requested by the Town of Amherst.
