The $25 million project redevelops a closed nursery on Dodge Road abutting the I-990 in the Audubon Area. The Greens Organization is proposing a 108 unit multifamily development that will have 20% of the units designated as workforce housing for 15-years and priced at 80Z% of area median income. Even with a PILOT, preliminary estimates will increase the amount of property taxes paid by six times in Year 1 and over 10 times in total over the 10-year period.
