Adaptive Reuse of a closed restaurant property in the Village of Williamsville consisting of four floors with commercial space on the first floor.  The project has undergone significant changes due to COVID in terms of size and scope and is impacted by ongoing supply chain and material costs. Upon completion the project aims to provide market rate affordable apartments and new tax revenues.  No direct benefits in the form of build out or equipment purchases will be provided to the retail/commercial components of the project.
