Audubon Industrial Park

Audubon Industrial Park

Over 320,000 Square Feet on 283 Acres

Audubon Industrial Park (sometimes called "Amherst's blueprint for success") broke ground in 1973 and was the first of over twenty office and industrial park developments. Build-to-suit availability and RD Zoning provide expansive opportunities for growing companies.

Over 140 companies employing over 5,000 people call Audubon Industrial Park home, such as: IIMAK, M&T Bank, Ivoclar Vivodent North America, Airsep Corp., and Kistler Instrument Corp.

A few greenfield sites are still for sale and lease opportunities exist in several buildings.  Most of the buildings are owner occupied and purchase opportunities do exist.
